SchemaLogic has teamed together with Microsoft and Content Technologies to provide the Intelligent Content Framework (ICF), a DITA-compliant structured content authoring solution based on SharePoint.  The Intelligent Content Framework (ICF) is delivered by business domain experts, configured to industry standards, and is easily extended and customized for corporate processes and products.

ICF provides a structured content authoring environment that is completely seamless and non-intrusive to Content Authors.  It is a new, metadata-driven approach to organizing, assembling and re-using content, based on the DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) open standard.  DITA is a topic-based authoring standard and combines a unified metadata reference model and the DITA information model into a single integrated framework. This framework enables topics to be easily located and inserted into new and existing documents.

The ICF is a fully-integrated solution based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Microsoft Office 2007, providing a secure web-based collaboration workspace with the strong authoring and publishing capabilities of DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) and centralized metadata management.
