SERVICES

SchemaLogic will provide the following services:

  • Business requirements gathering: SchemaLogic will meet with Customer stakeholders and business users to determine requirements for building data model.

  • Data model construction: SchemaLogic will build and deliver a data model based on the requirements gathered from Customer stakeholders and business users.

  • Taxonomy roadmap guidance: Based on the data model and the business requirements for the ECM implementation, SchemaLogic will provide guidance on how to strategically use taxonomies in a phased development of an ECM.

  • Taxonomy maintenance advice: SchemaLogic will provide Customer with advice and guidance on how to maintain and extend the proposed taxonomy.

DELIVERABLES

The following are the deliverables for this project:

  • Business Requirements document: Details the user and business needs for the taxonomies in preparation for creating the data model.

  • Data model document: Depending on needs determined in the business requirements document, the 1-2 taxonomies, business rules, workflows and integration needs for the proposed ECM solution.

  • Strategy roadmap document: Best practices and advice on how to integrate the data model into the proposed ECM solution.

  • Taxonomy guidelines document: provides guidelines on how the Customer should maintain and/or extend the taxonomies delivered by SchemaLogic for use within the ECM solution.
