Jeff Dirks — President and Chief Executive Officer From 1998 to 2003 Jeff served in various executive capacities at CapitalStream, where he architected the business and technical strategy that sparked company growth and market share leadership. Prior to CapitalStream, Jeff held executive positions at HK Systems, FourGen software and General Electric and at IBM as a software engineer. He served in U.S. Army Military Intelligence in West Berlin and has a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Washington.

Lowell Anderson — Vice President, Marketing Prior to Vallent, Lowell was a vice president at Metawave Communications Corporation. Lowell also spent 5 years in design engineering and development in the Aerospace industry. Lowell holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana and an MBA from Seattle University.

Tom Pietryga — Vice President, Worldwide Sales Tom joins SchemaLogic with over 25 years experience building, managing,
and implementing sales teams on a global scale. With over 11 years
at Documentum, Tom has experience in leading a worldwide sales team
in the enterprise content management market. During his timeframe,
Documentum grew from a $9 MM/Year company until it was sold for $1.6
B. Under his leadership, Documentum grew to be one of the world’s
leading forces in ECM.

Tom Pacholke — Vice President, Professional
Services and Support Tom began his career as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Washington.

Bill Pieser — Vice President, Business Development Bill brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software, business development, product development and operations to SchemaLogic, most recently as Executive Vice President, Business Development at CapitalStream. Bill also served in Senior Management roles at Frame Technology (acquired by Adobe) and Epicor/Platinum Software. Prior to enterprise software he held product marketing and system architecture roles in the network management sector. Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Thomas Edison College. |
